Armando came out last min to replace my leaking water heater today. Came right on time and was able to replace my WH without any issue. He’s great at explaining steps and keeping me well informed. I found a great plumbing company that also provides a good customer experience. Thanks again for taking care of me today.

We had an issue with our toilets, tubs, and shower backing up. Of course, this was in the middle of the night. We called a few places and were basically told that they don't work on manufactured homes in mobile home parks. The water eventually drained out by morning and we started looking for places to try again. We found a couple places that would only put us on a waiting list for next week! We then found Plumbing Point, Inc. and called them. We were told that Armando would be out in a couple of hours. Before he arrived, we received a text message with a photo of Armando to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived, he quickly determined that the clog was outside of the house itself. He ran the "snake" (for lack of a better term) and cleared the clog. He was friendly, courteous, and explained what he was doing and why. Armando was awesome!!! Cost was reasonable and he was only here about an hour or so. I would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent Plumbing work! Both Armando and Nathaniel are knowledgeable and profession in their workmanship. There explanation of what they were going to do and how my Water Softener work was excellent. I will call on them again as I know they will do a great job. Thank you Armando and Nathaniel!

Nathaniel is a very responsible and does his work really well. He has helped several time with my shower that gets clogged quite often. I call him and he was fast and did a great job. Thank you so much for your help.

Natanael fixed the water heater low pressure issue. Excellent job. The work done looks very clean and professional.

Natanael was fantastic. He was on time, worked with courtesy and respect, and very knowledgeable. He found the issue and explained the different options pointing out the positives and negatives of each option. All of this occurred just hours after discovering we had an issue on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent work.

I had a whooshing noise that wouldn’t stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn’t clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn’t show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!) Update: I got Plumbing Point again a second time in Sep 2024 to replace 5 bathroom faucets and a broken angle stop. I was very happy with the work (Armando and two other guys) and it was done efficiently the following Sat morning after I called! They cleaned up really well and I was impressed I had barely anything to clean up. They also changed my sink drains and fixed another sink leak out of their initiative. I will call them for any plumbing needs!

Knocked one star for the “24/7” messaging. There’s an answering service but not necessarily plumbers available. On the service call, Armando was great. Clear, specific recommendations and quick on the work.
